About Me
Hi everyone! My name is Sarah and I'm the owner of 800 Threads Boutique. About 16 years ago, I was diagnosed with an inflammatory bowel disease called Ulcerative Colitis. I got really sick, really fast. It's a chronic auto-immune disease that is also considered an invisible illness. So while I may look fine on the outside, my immune system is attacking itself. My digestive system is often inflamed, ulcerated, bleeding and in excruciating pain. I've had more surgeries than I can even count leaving me with a permanent ileostomy. What I'm getting at is that while I often feel ugly on the inside, over the past decade, I've grown to love fashion because it has helped me feel beautiful during some of my most difficult times. While my goal is to help women embrace and love themselves as a whole, I hope that I can help each and every one of you feel beautiful every day! Sarah XO
